The product is of good quality, the silk is shiny and smooth, well made, pleasing to the eye and to the touch. Simple and very elegant, packaged with great care. The only note of disappointment is not directly due to Trendhim but to the courier they rely on: UPS. I received the purchase with a delay of over a week, with scant updates on the status of the shipment, ultimately making the purchase "useless" for the purpose and occasion for which I needed it. I understand that it is not Trendhim's direct responsibility what happens during shipping in the hands of the courier, but if Trendhim relies on couriers that then prove to be unreliable, it affects the customer, and in a small measure, in my opinion, Trendhim has the responsibility of choosing reliable couriers. If they offer high quality, the high quality of the material and service must also be protected with the third parties to whom they turn to. I emphasize and reiterate that this is not a fault I attribute to Trendhim, but given the experience, I suggest considering offering other couriers as a delivery service.
