It was a shame the first case was received with the brackets holding the Perspex lid in, literally out of position with holes showing. Very bad workmanship.
But, the company responded brilliantly by posting another case with no problem at all. So A1 for customer service.
The product looks exactly like it does in the picture. Only the plastic it was packaged in had a nasty smell. Fortunately, the product itself did not smell of anything.
