Having ordered the wrong size originally in a watch strap, the process of refund and replacement was extremely simple. Customer service was exceptional, even though I was the idiot customer (my words not theirs!) who should have been more patient when reading the instructions first time around. Great colour match and fits perfectly

I bought this to replace the leather strap on my Tissot Chemin Des Tourelles squelette rose gold watch. This strap is a perfect fit and the colour is a great match to the case of the watch. Quick release spring bars make it very easy to fit (and remove) the new bracelet. Good size, fits my large wrist easily however links can be removed if it's too big for you. Overall really pleased with the purchase. Suits my watch well and it arrived in less than a week.

Excellent product, notwithstanding, the finish could profit from a little more brushing. However, as a cost-effective 21mm strap, it is great!

Elegant and well adjustable

I bought it for the Diesel DZ7334, it fits perfectly, good quality strap, I also like its release system and it's easy to adjust the size to my wrist. However, the link remover tool is definitely recommended to purchase as well. It could have been marked on the strap which direction to push the metal wire that holds the clasp, as it was a bit cumbersome.
