I thought I was expecting a box but nevertheless the soft felt pouch and felt outer case added an air of quality to the product.
The gift pouch was appropriate for the bracelets purchased. Looks and feels of good quality. Very nice product.
I expected a more elegant packaging. It doesn't quite fulfill its purpose as the bracelets need to be packaged additionally.
