I used the guidelines for size, but my definition of regular fit was not the same, so I had to return and exchange. Just like the initial order, updates and communication were first class. The exchange and return went like clockwork, no fuss, just concern I was getting the right fit. Love the product, but may love the company and service even more. Would really recommend.

Very prompt service and delivery. Nice bracelet but as it is a gift for my son who hasn’t seen it yet, not sure if it will fit yet. Took me a while to work out how to open the bracelet so thought a brief description of how to open would have been useful. Also as it is a gift would have liked a piece of paper describing the stones and how it is made to go with the bracelet, otherwise very pleased.
