Measure your wrist size
Use a normal tape measurer or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet.

To followers of Eastern philosophies, hematite is believed to be a protective stone that helps ground you in the moment and be more present in the now.
Hematite is roughly 70 per cent iron, which gives it a metallic shine and solid weight. The beads are strung onto a tough elastic nylon thread. Fits most wrists.
