How to find your bracelet size
Measure your wrist size
Use a normal tape measurer or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear a bracelet.
If you’re using a strip of paper, you can mark the overlap with a pen, and then measure the length with a normal ruler on a flat surface

Description
Amethyst was on her way to the temple of Diana when Bacchus made advances on the young virgin. She refused, which enraged Bacchus so much that he sent two tigers after her. Diana turned Amethyst into a clear quartz crystal to protect her. Ashamed of himself, Bacchus then poured his wine over the crystal, turning it violet. Or is it maybe quartz crystal with trace amounts of irradiated iron?
To practitioners of Eastern meditative philosophies, Amethyst is believed to connect with your etheric, crown, and third eye chakras, giving access to higher dimensions of energy. This is thought to result in increased intuition and self-awareness.
Coupled with the allegedly grounding lava rock, which is said to draw out inner strength and filter out negative and distracting thoughts, this bracelet is a valuable companion on your path to enlightenment.
The porous nature of lava rocks also makes them perfect for aromatherapy. Put a few drops of essential oils onto their surface, and it’ll seep into the holes. The stones will then release their scent throughout the day as the oil dries up.
The 8 mm beads on this men’s bracelet are threaded onto a strong nylon rope and closed with a braided lock featuring the Arkai logo.
The trick to tightening this kind of woven lock is to place one end at the root of your thumb and hold it in place with your pinky or ring finger. With your free hand, pull the loose end, tightening the bracelet around your wrist.
Due to the natural origin of the Amethyst beads, slight variations in colour will occur.

The bracelet itself is beautiful. I hope it doesn't continue to dirty the cuff of the shirt...(I think it depends on the lava stone) otherwise I'll only have to wear it in the summer... I hope the amethyst is original.
