The colour is a light purple, not burgundy. The sides are faded, so it just looks a bit cheap. Disappointed since I bought for a wedding to match a burgundy dress. Shouldn't say its a colour that it definitely is not. More like lilac.

I like the minimalist appearance of these cuff links. Note however that the inlays acquire pastel violet shade in direct sunlight, unlike what the product photos might suggest. But indoors and especially under artificial lighting they look as pictured, that is more towards deep burgundy which is what I was looking for. Overall I'm happy with the purchase.
