I believe that a scarf at this price should arrive in optimal condition. It comes wrapped in plastic and completely wrinkled, with marked creases, not shipping wrinkles. I won't be buying anything again and I don't want to return it because it's for Christmas day. I've had to iron it and tidy it up for a gift, very bad.
