The color is light grey, the lilac mentioned is a bit...theoretical. It's not bad, just keep that in mind. As for the product as a whole, the same applies to all braces in the series: quality material, nice designs, the clips are a bit sluggish (they don't hold very firmly when the going gets tough)

You could make the packaging more presentable and should the customer not be at home, do leave a note to say that you came and that you will send it through the post office......which was how we got the product a few days later.
