The ring matches the pictures perfectly, the color is extremely close, maybe just slightly lighter grey. The size is a perfect fit. The customer service on the site is superb and answered many of my questions quickly and adequately. The courier office selection system doesn't successfully display a list of offices, but this is likely a bug that will be fixed.
