I purchased this neck chain in silver and gold. They are beautiful. Unfortunately, the silver chain had a kink right out of the box. I contacted TrendHim via email with a picture of the kink. They got back to me in no time letting me know that they are sending me a new one and there was no need to send the damaged one back. I couldn't believe it. That's the way to do business. I've been looking for a gold and silver herringbone chain for some time. I've purchased sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver in the past, but they tarnished quickly. These stainless steel chains should not do that. I can even go into the pool with it on. Shower too! I love it.

The necklace is really beautiful and looks very elegant. The black gunmetal colour looks great and easily pairs with practically any outfit, making it suitable for both casual wear and more statement styling. Additionally, the material is pleasant and soft to the touch, which pleasantly surprised me. Overall, I am very satisfied, the necklace met my expectations and looks even better than in the photos. The only downside is that it's not available in rose gold too – I would definitely buy that as well.
