I ordered a beautiful braclet for my husband. The quality and finsh where excellent. The customer service was outstanding. After a few weeks the magnet came away from the clasp. I contacted the customer service and it was replacement within days. They responded quickly and without any fuss. I would 100% recommended.

Lovely bracelet, but unfortunately there is nickel in the clasp, so after a day, my husband's wrist was covered in bumps and swollen. Unfortunately, I can't exchange it as I've had it engraved 😕
