Very kind staff, from this point of view, score 10.Instead, the belt I ordered looks terrible, full of flaws from end to end.In addition, in order to return the belt I am obliged to lose 29 lei. It's not a large amount, but it's unthinkable to receive a defective product and, on top of that, to return it, lose money!
The product is good, but the box labeled "genuine leather" is more than stupidly attached. You have to disassemble the belt to remove this box.
