Nothing beats the smell of genuine leather and it certainly applies to our selection of men's wallets. We offer a great variety so use the drop down menus and filters to narrow your search. All wallets come with a 2-year warranty.
Essentially there are two types of wallets: bi-fold and tri-fold.
1. Bi-fold wallets also called horizontal wallets, fold out into two parts.
2. Tri-fold wallets also known as vertical pouch wallets, fold out into three parts.
Virtually all of Trendhim leather wallets are made from 100% genuine cowhide and in two different grades.
Full grain leather is the best quality leather you can buy because it is made from the outer surface layers where the cow hair grows. Full grain leather ages beautifully and could last a lifetime if one takes care of it. As with all leather products some occasional maintenance goes a long way to keep it looking sharp.
Usually, the brighter the surface of your new leather wallet, the greater the change will be notice over time as it becomes darker and softer.
Split leather is made from the lower layers of cowhide which means that the leather will still be very durable but not have the smooth finish of full grain leather. Split leather is therefore overlaid with synthetic leather to give it the full grain appearance and smoothness.
Refers to a small, flat case, usually made of leather. They are very practical for carrying banknotes, credit and identity cards, receipts, small pictures and coins.
The most important objective when purchasing a new wallet is determining how much you need it to contain, in other words its over-all capacity.
Genuine cowhide leather has a little give to it, so that you can have two credit cards in each card slot. Typically a bi-fold leather wallet will have two or three card slots that usually should be sufficient for most people. But considering all of the grocery and department store loyalty cards one may carry, you could opt for a tri-fold wallet or one that has a removable insert for many extra cards.
Coin pockets were a normal feature of wallets in the past when cash was king. Now they are less common as most purchases now occur using a credit card.
Almost universally, wallets have room for banknotes, but there are exceptions.
Some wallets feature a second banknote pocket or a clear plastic window where one can carry a favourite picture. Other models have a built-in zip pocket for coins. Again your choice comes down to personal preferences and requirements.
