Almost everything is top-notch. But one thing brings it down: there are no zippers on almost all the outer pockets - where you typically put things like your phone. When you push the bag behind your back as when cycling, the position becomes so skewed that (you fear that) something might fall out. More zippers would have raised the rating to 5 stars.
