This was a replacement shaving brush, and although the first one let us down the resolution by Trendhim was fantastic. No quibble, very easy, their customer service is FAULTLESS. I cannot praise them highly enough. Free return, options of refund or replacement all done and sorted in one week. You cannot get better than that. And efficient, fun and a pleasure to deal with too.
