We received the product with some stains, but thanks to the customer support we were advised to polish it a little with a soft cloth and those stains disappeared. (probably there was polishing solution left on them). On the other hand, my husband liked it very much (it was a gift for his birthday) and he also appreciated the quality of the other products, so he also entered the website to see what else to buy :)) I highly recommend because the customer support is excellent and fast, and the products are of high quality!
