To use, apply and massage in a dollop of cream to wet whiskers. Do not rinse. Shave as usual with soap or shaving cream.

The cream is definitely good, from the first use you can see a significant difference in shaving. Unfortunately, the packaging is broken. The lid is cracked and a piece of plastic has fallen off.
The same product can be found much cheaper...
