Ordered a ring , upon arrival it had several scratches. Contacted trendhim by email and had email within reply within hours. Couple of photos sent and they were more than happy to send out a new ring, no hassle and I didn't have to return the old ring. The ring is truly excellent, simple in design, yet striking when worn. I had a phrase engraved on the inside for my boyfriend, and it's gorgeous; the writing is clear and engraved on the inside of the ring. Shipping was very fast, and even though I didn't order a gift box, the ring was delivered in a small cardboard box, perfect for avoiding any scratches during shipping. I will definitely buy from this store again.
