Beautiful watch with a fault

The watch is a beautiful timepiece. Self-winding and can be manually wound. Crystal front and back so you can see the workings. Unfortunately, there is a fault with the bow (loop around the crown). It requires two little screws to hold it in place. Sadly the screws fell out and the bow went missing. Thankfully didn't lose the watch. And Trendhim were more than helpful in sending a replacement. But need to keep an eye out for a similar issue on the new one.

Upon taking the watch out of the pouch, it became apparent that the holder for attaching the chain to the watch's crown was not screwed in, lying loose in the pouch along with very small screws (this should not be the case). The watch repair kit purchased simultaneously with the watch helped correct the issue; however, due to the very small sizes of the described components, I would recommend caution when removing the watch from the packaging.
