The shipping was okay (only 2 days late so not on the birthday, but still). The packaging was good too. However, it is a lot bigger than expected. Both the pendant and the leather necklace. The leather necklace is so thick, it doesn't even want to fall naturally, but stays like a circle. Will have to return and exchange :(

I had difficulty finding the right size of the leather cord, but the size I chose is appropriate. The leather cord seems to be of good quality. The thickness is adequate. The jewelry is not heavy and therefore easy to wear. The jewelry was delivered in a nice box, which makes one happy. The delivery time was short and the delivery went smoothly.
