Looked at this product online and looked very impressive but sometimes difficult to tell looking at a picture, however is a fabulous watch box and looks really expensive! I am very impressed with the product, excellent packaging on the parcel just to ensure no damage and also great customer service. I was surprised that I was not notified that there would be duties on this article. I suspected, but because it wasn't indicated at checkout, I assumed it might have been incorporated in the price of the item. Additionally, there was a handling fee for customs. Other than that, the tracking was accurate and I was notified when it was delivered.

Beautiful product but it’s a pity that there was already a defective part upon unboxing. The hinge pin had come out and was somewhere in the packaging. Luckily we found it, otherwise the product would have been useless.
