Delivered promptly by courier, the sturdy presentation box it came in, with an acknowledgment card, was a nice - unexpected - gesture, demonstrating attention to the care of this product and a lasting impression of good customer service. The silk of this pocket square is wonderful to the touch, has a look and feel of good quality about it, and was perfect for my chosen sprezzatura style. Full marks all round!
