Hello, I just received these sterling silver hoops intended as a gift yesterday. The photo on your site suggests a quality item. However, I must report that one of the earrings was a bit deformed (less round) compared to the other, with the closure elements offset. There was also an issue with the hinge, which remained in a locked position after opening, and I had to force it to close it again. This worries me a bit about the durability of the jewelry. In hindsight, I think I should have taken advantage of your offer (3 for 2) by ordering a third earring instead of the gift box. May I suggest that the shipping packaging be more rigid to avoid the impact of potential shocks during transport.
