Having ordered the wrong size originally in a watch strap, the process of refund and replacement was extremely simple. Customer service was exceptional, even though I was the idiot customer (my words not theirs!) who should have been more patient when reading the instructions first time around. Wonderful product, very robust and beautiful on my new watch.
I bought this to replace the leather strap on my Tissot Chemin Des Tourelles squelette rose gold watch.
This strap is a perfect fit and the colour is a great match to the case of the watch.
Quick release spring bars make it very easy to fit (and remove) the new bracelet.
Good size, fits my large wrist easily however links can be removed if it's too big for you.
Overall really pleased with the purchase. Suits my watch well and it arrived in less than a week.
