The only serious problem was it arrived in a box that was too small so the brim was went. It has since returned to the correct position but this is a gift and the box does not give the right first impression as the hat comes out mishapen! I am now going to have find a different box to put it in before wrapping it.
Material is hard on head but hopefully will soften up with time

I'm really impressed with the craftsmanship. It has a very nice shape. Exactly like in the pictures. Many hats on various sites look different in real life. This one is lovely, it's exactly the size described, and the material looks elegant. You can tell from a distance that this hat is expensive.
