My husband's necklace broke shortly after it was put to use on Valentine's Day. The same day I sent an email to Trendhim, they responded so quickly that you would think it was a lie. Rosary sober as in my expectations.. A few hiccups!! The Jesus stamped on The Cross is not clear, the medal in the center does not correspond to the description of the product. It's a saint and not clasped hands. I don't define whether the beads are made of wood or plastic. The aging wood would give all the cachet to this rosary. I remain satisfied with my purchase.
