Nice functional watch box

The soft velvet pillows is a bonus as not all watches will fit on the hard pillows that come with other watch boxes. Unfortunately, the watch box I ordered had a huge crack through it. Contacted Trendhim customer service via email and attached pictures of the crack. In less than an hour, a customer services rep contacted me and advised that another watch box has been sent. The second one I received was perfect. I will not hesitate to purchase from Trendhim again.Thanks.
