What does it cost to return my order?

Whether or not returning an item costs anything (and how much) depends on what return option you go for.

If you choose any kind of swap, a different size or a different product, for example, your return will be completely free of charge

If you return your whole order for a refund, we will refund your payment minus a return fee

If you return your order in part, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We will refund you for the returned products minus a return fee

The return fee covers the expense of the return label.

Of course, you are more than welcome to return your order using the courier of your choice. Please note that this is at your own expense.

Special to DHL Express deliveries

If you are due to receive a full refund and you choose DHL Express delivery, we will refund you the equivalent cost of our standard shipping service instead of the DHL Express amount.
