Received broken/faulty item

We always quality control everything in our warehouse.

If you’ve received a broken or faulty product we're terribly, terribly sorry. We will get this resolved as soon as possible.

Please go to www.trendhim.co.uk/return and fill out your order ID (which you can find in your order confirmation email or on the invoice included with your package) and postal code.

Here you can select if you want a new product or a refund. At the end of a process you can download a return form and label that you can use to return the broken item completely free of charge. When the broken item arrives at our warehouse, we will immediately send you the new item(s) or process your refund.
